Focus and Scope

CITA HUMANITY: Journal of Social Humanities and Community Growth is a peer-reviewed academic journal dedicated to disseminating original empirical research, critical conceptual studies, and research-based community service reports. The journal serves as a collaborative platform for scholars, researchers, and practitioners to explore the multidisciplinary intersection of social sciences, humanities, and organic community growth.

Main Focus
This journal moves beyond traditional, top-down "community development" paradigms by prioritizing human-centric community growth. We focus on sustainable capacity building, psychosocial resilience, and adaptive community empowerment to address complex socio-cultural, educational, and economic transformations at the local, national, and global levels.

Scope
To maintain scientific rigor and conceptual depth, the journal's scope is organized into four primary clusters:

1. Social Dynamics and Transformative Policy: Exploring sociology, social transformations, gender issues, social inclusion, and the intersection of social sciences with equitable public policy.
2. Humanities, Culture, and Local Wisdom: Examining cultural studies, philosophy, language, and history to understand how local wisdom and traditions shape societal resilience and human behavior.
3. Capacity Building and Psychosocial Empowerment: Focusing on non-formal community education, social economy, community entrepreneurship, and community guidance designed to foster cognitive and socio-economic independence.
4. Civic Engagement and Social Communication: Analyzing social media impact, public communication, and translational research models (community service practices) that bridge the gap between academic theory and community action.
