The Critical Journal of Law and Socio-Empirical Studies (CJLSES) invites scholars and researchers to disseminate critical legal thought and original research that explores the dialectics of law through a socio-empirical approach. This journal positions law not merely as textual dogma, but as a “living science” and an instrument of transformative justice amid the dynamics of society. We welcome manuscripts that precisely bridge legal theory with field data to unravel policy anomalies, address the challenges of digital disruption, formulate sustainable global economic governance, and integrate progressive ethical values and judicial system reforms at both the national and international levels.
